Initially, my interest was to support the respiratory system of a little Jonah bear. But oh my, we have gotten so much more than I could have imagined out of having YL Essential Oils in our lives. Not only are we loving the health benefits of essential oils, but I have also been pursing it as a part-time business for the past year.
I would love to start sharing more about the ways we use essential oils on this blog, as I simply love teaching about them. I may be homeschooling instead of teaching in a traditional classroom now, but I also love hosting several classes a month to empower adults to take charge of their wellness in all ways, including essential oils and healthy habits.
I’ve started up a Facebook page and an Instagram feed, nourishing habits, where I discuss all things health, wellness, and large family living. This includes but is not limited to:
- quality ethical food sourcing
- clean eating
- real food meal planning and prep for busy people
- oily tips
- large family lifestyle hacks and organization
- green cleaning
- and more!
