  1. Hi Chelsea! Do you make your jam w/out any add’l sugar? If so, how do you do it? Inquiring minds want to know 😉

    1. Sarah, most of the time I do- if the fruit is sweet enough, I just let it simmer and cook it down more and don’t add any pectin or sugar. It’s going to result in a little thinner jam, but it’s fine for pb and jelly! I water-bath can them just the same. These berries were early ripeness and we have had a ton of rain, so they were not very sweet- so this time I did opt to add some honey!
